How we tend to our heart and spirit matters and generously offering ourselves time out to ground, renew and strengthen is a beautiful gift.
Our hearts are a part of ourselves that can be deeply impacted by loss, environmental challenges and the things that we witness in the world around us.
Through nurturing our heart center we are able to build resilience, deepen intimacy and bolster our sense of hope.
During Heart Medicine & Magic we will explore the terrain of our hearts and learn about:
- Plants and herbal remedies to heal the heart
- Engage in heart opening and centering somatic practices
- Experience ceremony and ritual dedicated to healing our own hearts as well as the heart of the collective feminine.
This unique and special experience will only be offered once this year during the month of the heart, February.
